Services
Support Coordination
Support coordination is a capacity building support to implement supports in an NDIS participant’s plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports. Our team incorporate clinical knowledge and experience into the role to provide an informed and holistic service.
Specialist Support Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination is the coordination of more complex NDIS plans and participant support needs. It involves high level case management with expertise, experience and extensive knowledge of the sector. Specialist Coordinators collaborate with varies community, mainstream, education, disability provider and allied health stakeholders.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC)

Psychology
Disability-specialist psychologists providing assessment and tailored intervention to support emotional wellbeing, skill development, and increased independence.
Our Psychology team offers the following services:
- Assessment including psychometric, cognitive, diagnostic and behavioural.
- Report and Recommendation
- Disability adapted psychotherapy interventions
- Mental health strategies and emotion regulation support
- Supporting and training families and support teams
Social Work
Holistic, person-centred support that addresses social, emotional, and practcal challenges impacting a participant’s wellbeing, independence, and community participation. This includes short-term counselling, advocacy, crisis support, system navigation, resource development, and facilitation of access to essential services such as NDIS, QCAT and Housing. Funded through NDIS or Medicare (MCHP).
Behaviour Therapy
Our Allied Health team offers the following behaviour intervention:

- Behaviour Intervention to reduce Restrictive Practices

Allied Health Assistants
Mental Health Programs
Evidence-based, one-on-one mental health therapy program designed to increase an individual’s capacity for emotional regulation and self-management. The program features mindfulness, creativity and sensory exercises to teach coping strategies and create a mental health ‘toolbox’. This program has been adapted for participants of varying capacity and ability levels.

Alice Hebler
Manager & Specialist Support Coordinator
Alice holds a bachelor and honours in Political Science with extensive experience in working directly in disability support and working with youth at risk of homelessness in rural Queensland, as well as experience as a team leader and supervisor.
Alice’s experience brings an in-depth understanding of the individual needs for clients with disabilities and their support networks. Her professionalism and dedication ensures quality service provision. Alice’s professional interests include, but are not limited to, Acquired Brain Injuries, psychosocial needs, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and also members of the LGBTIQ+ community.

Conor O’Neill
Team Leader & Behaviour Support Practitioner
Conor is a passionate individual who has a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, which has led to a background in NDIS Support Coordination and Child Safety Intervention. Conor has a number of tabletop hobbies such as miniature wargames, boardgames, and role playing games and is interested in how the tabletop gaming space can be used to foster friendships and community engagement. Conor also has a caring and adventurous nature with a love for the outdoors and animals.

Emma Patey
Team Leader & Specialist Support Coordinator
Emma has worked in the disability, mental health and aged care sector for over 15 years. She has lived experience supporting a family member with a disability and understand the barriers to accessing quality supports. She has specialised experienced working with people who have neurological and progressive diagnoses.
Outside of work Emma enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and enjoying the sunshine.

Grace Innes-Walker
Team Leader & Specialist Support Coordinator
Grace has an extensive background in nursing, public health, health initiative delivery and case management. Grace works fluidly within support coordination and specialist support coordination capacities, and has managed complex and multi-faceted client circumstances.
Grace’s passion is supporting others but she also loves hiking in the outdoors, travel, cooking and her two dogs.

Rebekah Yun
Specialist Support Coordinator & Team Leader
Rebekah is a compassionate and thoughtful professional with ten years of experience in the disability sector. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability and brings a diverse skill set, having worked across direct support roles in Community Access, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and residential care within Child Protective Service environments. Her experience also extends to coordination roles, including Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Support Coordination, and Specialist Support Coordination. Rebekah is committed to a person-centred approach and is passionate about empowering others in their choices, abilities, and goals. Outside of work, Rebekah is a proud cat mum, a cinephile, music enthusiast and a lover of nature.

Viviane Pereira
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Viviane is a passionate advocate for self-development and mental health. With experience supporting victims of domestic violence, volunteering as a crisis supporter for Lifeline, and working with youth in the justice system, she is dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Viviane brings a multicultural perspective to her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, exploring new places and cherishing quality time with family and friends.

Kiwani Beninca
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Kiwani is a skilled and compassionate professional with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology. Her varied experience spans the health and disability sectors, including rehabilitation, community, and hospital settings. With over six years of experience supporting family members with psychological and physical disabilities, Kiwani is deeply passionate about serving the disability sector. She has undertaken specialised disability studies, including Intellectual Disability Healthcare, and has special interests in the unique needs of individuals with complex and multi-faceted conditions.
This background has equipped Kiwani with a comprehensive understanding of both healthcare and disability landscapes, enabling her ability to deliver empathic and individualised Support Coordination services.

Julie Roccisano
Support Coordinator & Specialist Support Coordinator
Julie is a caring person who is deeply passionate about social justice which has driven her years of experience in social services. She has a Masters of Social Work, experience in Case Management, Mental Health counselling, Relationship Education, and Family Dispute Resolution.
She takes the time to really hear her client’s needs and goals and is focused on achieving outcomes her client’s are satisfied with. She takes pride in being diligent and organised.

Caroline Robbie
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Caroline has 14 years experience of working within the disability and mental health sectors, working in both the UK and Australia. Caroline holds a Masters in Occupational Therapy and since qualifying has specialised in mental health roles, working within acute psychiatric wards with both adults and older adult populations. Her most recent position specialised in the treatment and assessment of older adults with dementia. Caroline has also previously worked as a disability support worker and a program officer for a tertiary organisation providing education to adults with intellectual or cognitive disabilities. Caroline is passionate about working holistically and always ensures she uses a person-centred approach. Caroline has lived experience supporting a family member with enduring mental illness and understands the daily challenges this presents and the importance of maintaining a supportive network. In her spare time Caroline loves to spend time with her family, exploring new places and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle.

Joanne Cootes
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Joanne embraces a positive outlook on life and highly values the responsibility and strong sense of duty being of service to the disability community. She is an organised, dedicated carer who has been working for several years in the disability sector specialising in working with young people with Autism and complex case management. With lived experience supporting family member, she has also been a successful coach and advocate for clients with high support needs. She has a strong interest in peer-support and mental health and inclusion.
Joanne is currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. She loves camping and nature, the beach, dogs and horses. Her interests include Three Birds Renovations, parkrun and BOAF bookclub.

Zahra Gholami
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Zahra holds a Masters in Forensic Mental Health with a Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences. She is passionate about the intersection of mental health and law, specialising in risk assessment and psychological recovery interventions in supporting vulnerable populations. When not immersed in her work, you can find Zahra spending quality time with her cat, who keeps her grounded, or exploring new destinations on adventurous travels which fuel her curiosity and sense of discovery.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s and Honors degree in Psychology and has devoted a significant portion of her time to volunteering with an outreach charity supporting individuals facing homelessness, isolation, disability, and domestic violence. Her passion for understanding human behavior and building meaningful connections is at the core of her work. Nancy is dedicated to creating spaces where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered.
Outside of her work, Nancy values the simple joys of life, with a strong focus on spending quality time with family and enjoying fun outdoor activities.

Sarah Chalmers
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Sarah has a background in nursing, completing a Bachelor of Nursing from the Queensland University of Technology. Her experience varies from within the public health system to working alongside participants as a support worker. Sarah is a passionate and diligent worker who employs a person-centered approach to her practice and believes working alongside people to reach goals is imperative.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two dogs.

Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Kavisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has over five years of hands-on experience in the mental health and disability sector, Kavisha brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to every role. Their diverse background includes working as a support worker, psychosocial recovery coach, and support coordinator, with a particular passion for supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
Known for their calm and empathetic nature, Kavisha thrives on building strong, trusting relationships and tailoring supports to help clients achieve meaningful, self-directed outcomes.
Outside of work, Kavisha loves staying active, gaming and trying to teach her cats new tricks.

Jack McVay
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Jack is a qualified UK social worker, with a warm, person-centred approach. He’s worked across child protection, adult sensory, youth and mental health statutory services. Now supporting NDIS participants in Australia to navigate services and build capacity for independent living.
Jack is guided by values of social justice, inclusion, and empowerment. He works in a trauma-informed, strengths-based way and believes in making sure your voice is heard every step of the way. He’s comfortable working with a range of services and teams to get the right support in place. Jack is currently working towards his AASW registration.
Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors, swimming, exploring new places, and reading a good book.

Amelie Rowlands
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Amelie comes from a background in disability support and has been working in this sector for the last 5+ years. She has a vast range of experience, including working with both cognitive and physical disabilities. Amelie has a passion for working alongside young people with complex cognitive, psychosocial and/or intellectual disabilities. She is a big advocate for using a holistic and person-centred approach. She is currently working towards a bachelor’s in nursing, looking to build on her skills and passion for helping people.
In her own time, she loves spending time with her 3 dogs, hiking camping and exploring.

Pamela Hughes
Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Pam has worked across the Aged and Disability sector for over 25 years. With a Bachelor of Health Ageing and Community Services, and Diploma in Dementia Care she had held varied roles across the NDIS sector including Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, Team Leader of Operations in a Day Activity centre and WHS Manager for SIL homes.
Pam has personally supported family members through mental health challenges and is passionate about the evolving future of care.

Jasleen Waraich
Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Jasleen is a psychology-trained professional with expertise in mental health, disability, and service design. She has led complex projects across health platforms and is skilled in system navigation, stakeholder engagement, and trauma-informed practice. With a human-centred, culturally responsive approach grounded in lived and professional experience, Jasleen excels at turning challenges into practical, person-centred solutions. Blending her design skills, creative problem-solving, and passion for collaboration, she is committed to empowering individuals to make informed choices and live meaningful, connected lives.

Behaviour Therapist & Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Kristy has a background of over 10 years in community healthcare. She is passionate about mental health, holding a graduate diploma in psychology and currently completing an honours degree in psychology. Kristy has lived experience supporting family members with disabilities and understands the challenges that can be faced in accessing support and understanding the complexities of the system.

Megan Bromilow
Provisional Psychologist & Behaviour Support Practitioner
Megan has over 15 years of experience supporting children and young adults with disabilities, while working as a teacher and as an interning psychologist. She completed her education and psychology studies and began her journey in the disability sector while living in South Africa. Since moving to Australia, she has continued to follow her passion of supporting individuals with a disability to live a life with purpose, independence and dignity. Megan has extensive experience supporting neurodiverse children and young adults to work with confidence and independence in the classroom and workplace by making use of structure within the environment, visuals and sensory supports and strategies to support regulation and self-advocacy. Megan is inspired by the quote by Dr Ross Greene, “children do well when they can” and she believes that with the correct support and strategies, children and adults can do well and experience success. Megan currently holds provisional registration as a psychologist.

Jessica Saunders
Social Worker
Jess is a registered Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Work [AASW] and holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honors) Degree. Her background includes several years of disability and aged care support work and Support Coordination. She applies an empowerment-centered, client-directed and solution-focused approach and has a passion for service, particularly in the areas of LGBTQIA+ communities and work with veterans. Jess can assist you in areas such as accessing housing, navigating disability and health systems, one-on-one therapies, connecting with your community and more.

Phillipa Nina
Counselling Student
Phillipa has joined the Field of You team on a student placement until December 2025 as part of her Master of Counselling studies. She is passionate about supporting clients, their families and support networks and is looking forward to learning from and contributing to the community during her time with us.
Her interest in the disability support space stems from lived experience with family members with disability and witnessing the challenges they face in a world that does not always recognise their aspirations and unique contributions.
Phillipa takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach, recognising that each person is the expert in their own life. She hopes to offer a supportive space where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged as they work toward their goals.
Outside of work, Phillipa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two mischievous dogs. Planning her next holiday is also pretty high on the list – preferably somewhere near a beach with a few good books in tow.

Alice Sharp
Behaviour Support Practioner
Alice completed a Master of Special Education specialising in Intellectual Disability, Autism and Functional Behaviour Assessments. She has 28 years of experience in supporting children and adults with disability. Alice will support you every step of the way to improve behaviour and family relationships. She works directly with clients and guides and coaches staff and parents to confidently implement simple, targeted behaviour plans. Alice creates behaviour plans that respect the rights, choices and dignity of her clients.
She has extensive experience in developing practical strategies, addressing problem behaviours and teaching more socially acceptable replacement behaviours. Alice specialises in working with adults, teens and children with disabilities and extreme challenging behaviours.

Maddy is our bubbly and bright admin and accounts officer. She loves all things paperwork, numbers and talking to all of our wonderful participants!
Outside of work, Maddy is busy being a mum to her son and fur baby, and exploring the outdoors with her family in their caravan.

Kaylin Duffield
Psychologist & Allied Health Manager
Kaylin is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in the community sector. She has worked as a disability support worker and team leader, as well as a Psychologist and Case Manager. Kaylin has a passion for the disability industry, and in particular working with complex care needs, challenging behaviours, developmental disorders, cognitive impairments and psychosocial disabilities. She works to connect individuals to their community and build skills for independence and regulation. Her goal for her team is to support clients to live their best lives and for communities to be safe and inclusive.
